Our design skills and attention to detail, in conjunction with the know-how developed by Level Five DB are successfully transforming delapidated properties across London into enjoyable family homes.

Level Five DB is a multidisciplinary enterprise, a one-stop design and build solution incorporating the entire process from architectural design, planning application, building control submissions and certificates, to the construction and interior fittings.

We act as planning consultants, looking after every aspect of the planning application process, as well as taking care of the permissions required for work on listed buildings, and buildings in conservation areas.
