Eagle Wharf is a scheme for 40 apartments on the last undeveloped riverside site in Westminster.
A narrow, tapering site between a busy road and the river, the site contained a number of plane trees which had to be retained. In addition, a requirement for a new riverside footway meant that the site was extremely difficult to plan.
The design consists of four simple pavilions reducing in height and plan form in response to the narrowing site. The blocks are in strict proportional relationship to each other.
